Our
story
Dr Josh Lewis started his university training at Bristol Medical School aged 17. After graduating, he initially worked as a junior hospital doctor in South West England, before training as a General Practitioner in the Cotswolds.
Josh became increasingly interested in management and commerce, initially helping the NHS and later advising global pharmaceutical companies.
In 2006, he was awarded a university scholarship to study the Bath MBA – an advanced, general management programme consistently ranked among the global elite of Ivy League MBA programmes.
In 2007, Josh began his career in financial services, with his first financial adviser role starting in 2011.
Josh joined IAM Financial Planning in 2016, became a director in 2019, and took over as managing director in 2021.
In 2024, Josh rebranded the company to Wealth Doctor Financial Planning Ltd, to better describe his past and present skills, experience, and values.
Today, Josh is supported by a team of highly skilled advisers and professionals, both within the company and externally in the form of specialist consultants.
