There is nothing Josh could have done better as he exceeded all my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Josh to anyone. He is professional in his approach and from my experience I know he definitely cares about his clients.

Two life assurance endowments became payable and I wanted to invest the lump sum.

Together we established my then current situation thoroughly and determined my stance on risk. From this Josh Lewis guided me though various options and I invested the pot in a tax efficient manner.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I have taken income from the investment although not currently as was not needed. The investment has worked as expected in since inception, and even with covid 19, although the short is volatile, I expect the medium to long term to be fruitful as markets are good value st the moment.

What could they have done better?

Dr Lewis is most thorough and scrupulous. He is attentive and keeps me informed and continues to advise. It would be difficult to to make any constructive criticism.

What were the circumstances that caused you to look for a financial adviser?

Previous adviser proved unsatisfactory. Made recommendations based on his financial interest rather than mine.

Listened carefully to my objectives. Made recommendations with which I have been fully satisfied. Makes sure he is fully on top of my financial situation and visits me for a thorough annual review. Very professional and very pleasant to work with. Responsive when needed.

I’ve met and discussed my financial affairs with Josh and found him to be extremely knowledgable and able to offer sound guidance and advice with a common sense approach to issues.
